The southernmost city beach, part of Calumet Park in the East Side neighborhood near the Indiana line. It has a broad, uncrowded shoreline and a fieldhouse, with an industrial-lakefront backdrop rather than a skyline view. A relaxed, distinctly local spot far from the tourist beaches.
